Food Recommendation : Middle Eastern Cuisine

🥙Trying Middle Eastern food for the first time felt so novel, and the flavors were surprisingly delightful! The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere with intricate lanterns and embroidered textiles that made the dining experience feel authentic. 🥰We started with their mezze platter - the hummus was incredibly smooth, and the baba ghanoush had that perfect smoky flavor. The fresh-baked pita bread was warm and fluffy, perfect for scooping up all the dips. 🍚I really loved the garlic sauce – mixed with the rice and dishes, it was absolutely delicious. The rice itself had such a satisfying, chewy texture! We tried the chicken shawarma plate - the meat was perfectly seasoned and so tender. ✨The sauce served with the vegetables was quite sour – a bit too tangy for my taste, but still interesting. The fattoush salad however was refreshing with its crisp vegetables and crunchy pita chips. ☕We also ordered a cup of black tea – simple but soothing, and served in such a beautiful cup! The traditional brass teapot and delicate glassware added to the authentic experience. The service was wonderful - our server patiently explained each dish and even recommended how to best combine the flavors. 📍 Address: 1107 Memorial BlvdMurfreesboro, TN 37129 #Murfreesboro#travelguide#fooddiary#Murfreesborofood#Tennessee#Murfreesboroguide
