Murfreesboro U&I Restaurant - Korean Cuisine
🥰Could this be considered a fine-dining version of Korean food? The dishes are quite polarized—the ones that are good, I find exceptional, while the ones that aren't, I really don't care for. The ambiance is pleasant. ✨The Traditional Snow Ice is truly delicious. The Spicy Lava Ribs are excellent—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a uniquely flavorful sauce. Granny's Noodle Recipe is a elevated take on cold noodles, and it's delightful. 🩷On the other hand, the Tiramisu was a letdown. The addition of cream cheese and yogurt made it a major miss. The Crispy Chicken Bun Bao had a bun that was practically microwaved to the point of being tough, though the filling was decent. I made sure to provide constructive feedback about the less enjoyable dishes. ✔️Their side dishes are quite special. For example, with autumn in full swing, they currently serve roasted pumpkin and sweet potato, both of which were delicious. Overall, I'd give it a 3.5 to 4 out of 5. Hopefully, next time I visit, I can discover more of their standout dishes. That's a wrap! 🍽️ #Murfreesboro#Murfreesborogguide#fooddiary#Restaurant#travelguide#Tennessee
