Ristorante II Morellino truly lives up to its 4.9-star rating—it's exceptionally good.😍😍😍 1. Beef Carpaccio with Truffle : Thin slices of raw beef topped with truffle. This was my first time trying raw beef slices, and I was pleasantly surprised. There was no off-putting flavor at all. The texture was incredibly tender, and the cheese added a rich aroma. The truffle's fragrance balanced the dish, making it less greasy and a perfect combination.😀😀😀 2. Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato and Basil : This dish was light and refreshing, not greasy at all. The basil added a touch of freshness, and the tomatoes were very fresh.❤️❤️❤️ 3. Grilled Beef Fillet : This was also delicious, cooked to medium-rare perfection with plenty of juices.😻😻😻 The restaurant is quite small, with compact tables that are placed very close to each other. So when my steak arrived, it shocked the "neighbors" at the nearby tables! They were all surprised that three girls ordered such a big steak. It was quite fun to have some small talk with a British elderly lady and an Australian couple. Overall, the experience was average—nothing extraordinary, but definitely not disappointing either. - The pici pasta was a bit firm, but it had a good chewiness to it. The tangy fresh tomato sauce was very appetizing, and the top was garnished with bacon and burrata cheese. - The medium-rare steak was just right, very tender, and we finished it all. #ItalianCuisine #FlorenceFood
