Found a treasure with my first meal in Florence!
No wonder it's Florence! The first pasta I had after arriving made me realize the difference from the pasta in other cities. All made from fresh handmade pasta with a very chewy and delicious texture that's hard to find a substitute for! The top choice has to be the seafood pasta! ๐ฆ The pasta is in the shape of square blocks, chewy and full of bite. The rich aroma of the seafood is deeply infused into the pasta, with plenty of clams, squid, and fish. It's so good that you'll want to come back for more after having a meal! Another dish is the ๐ง garlic chili oil pasta. This pasta is round and quite firm! I love firm pasta so I think it's very delicious. I really enjoy the texture of this noodle, and the garlic aroma with a slight spiciness enhances the flavor. Compared to the seafood pasta, it's not as astonishing, but it's definitely satisfying. ๐ฐ Tiramisu is average. ๐ ll Ricettario Via Lambertesca, 22 R, 50122 Firenze Fl, Italy Near the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGemRestaurant #ItalyTravel #ItalianFoodAndFun #FlorenceFoodExploration #WhatToEatInFlorence #FlorenceCuisine #EuropeanTravel #ItalianPasta
