Four Desserts Tested: Which Ones Are Worth Repurchasing?

📍 Nouvé Bakery|A small review of Japanese-French fusion desserts Recently visited this Japanese-French fusion bakery, Nouvé Bakery, which combines French techniques with Asian flavors. The desserts aren't overly sweet overall, but each one has its own highlights. 🫐 Blueberry Danish The outer layer is flaky, filled with custard and blueberries – the sweet and sour balance is just right, not cloying. 👉 Perfect for those who prefer light, fresh flavors! 🍵 Matcha Pain Suisse (Most recommended!) This one is truly delicious. The matcha cream filling is generous, smooth, and rich – you get a full matcha aroma in every bite. The tea flavor is distinct but not bitter or astringent – matcha lovers will be very satisfied! 🍫 Chocolate Suisse The filling is custard + chocolate, giving it a rich, indulgent texture. However, the chocolate part is on the sweeter side – a bit too sweet for my taste, but sweet-tooths will love it. 👉 If you're not big on sweets, you can skip this one. 🌰 Pistachio Suisse The portion is seriously huge! The pistachio aroma is lovely, and it's very satisfying to eat. 👉 Best shared between two people. Overall, Nouvé's pastries are delicate and made with quality ingredients – I'd definitely go back to try other flavors! 📍 1736 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420 #FrenchPastries #CafeDesserts #FrenchBakery #WhereToEatInBoston #BostonFoodFinds #NouveBakery #Croissant #LifeInLexington #BostonDessertSpots
