Unlocked a new trail map! Found a hidden route inside Franklin Canyon—the entrance looks super simple and unassuming. Way more fun than Runyon Canyon! Felt like stepping into the Wizard of Oz 🌿✨ with babbling streams, birds singing, insects chirping, and even spotted some wildlife (lizards! 🦎). So peaceful and quiet—didn’t see anyone at first. Every step made me wonder: “Will there be lions or black bears? Should I keep going?” 🐻❓ Then, near the top, I ran into two hikers coming down. They said you could see the ocean from the summit!
