Franklin Park Zoo: A Perfect Boston Spot for Kids ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŒณ

June 30, 2025 - A Quick Recap Boston is such a kid-friendly city! After dinner today, we took our little one to the Franklin Park Zoo. We wandered through lush greenery and dappled sunlight, meeting all sorts of animals: a sleepy lion ๐Ÿฆ, a bored-looking gorilla ๐Ÿฆ, a tapir that looks like a mix of an elephant and a pig ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿท, kangaroos ๐Ÿฆ˜ and emus living together, and peacocks ๐Ÿฆš who seemed to be professional greeters! Near the exit, thereโ€™s a cool playground where kids instantly connect and play in small groups. Even though it was Sunday, the zoo wasnโ€™t crowded at allโ€”so relaxing! One thing to note: most attractions in Boston close around 5 PM โฐ, so if you start late, you might run out of time. I picked out a cute zoo-themed hat ๐Ÿงข in the gift shop during a bathroom break, but by the time I called my kiddo in to choose, it was already closing time! ๐Ÿ˜… So plan to spend a full afternoon here to enjoy it fully. This zoo is historic and filled with towering trees, making summer visits shady and pleasant. Strolling between animal zones under the canopy felt so peaceful! Highly recommended for families! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ #FranklinParkZoo #BostonKids #FamilyFriendly #ZooVisit #SummerFun #BostonActivities #Playground #Wildlife #ParentingWin ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ‰
