Free Admission Day at the Finnish Museum of Natural History 🐘
🏛️The Finnish Museum of Natural History, established in 1988, is a research institution under the University of Helsinki, managing departments such as a zoo and a botanical garden. The Helsinki Museum of Natural History is now divided into three areas: the Botanical Garden, the Zoo, and the Museum of Natural Sciences. I've always loved this museum. Since childhood, I've been interested in ancient creatures. Back when I was preparing for the TOEFL, I loved doing listening and reading comprehension exercises related to biological evolution, ancient creatures, and chemistry. 🌿Some people might not enjoy looking at fossils, especially human skulls or monkey skeletal fossils, which can be disturbing. A friend who went with me said these things brought back her childhood shadows, so I won't post too many fossil photos here. 🌿I particularly enjoy looking at fossils, especially the huge dinosaur skeletal fossils that fascinate me. Many prehistoric animals were enormous. The Earth's rotation and revolution periods were different back then, and the atmosphere and air composition were also significantly different from today's Earth. These fossils, after tens of thousands of years, meet the audience in the museum, as if telling bizarre stories through time and space. The Finnish Museum of Natural History has a total of six free admission days this year, with the last two being October 9th and December 11th. The museum is located in the city center, just a short walk from Kamppi, and it's very convenient to get there. I highly recommend it, and it's also a great place to take children. #FinnishMuseumOfNaturalHistory #HelsinkiMuseumOfNaturalHistory
