Free Outdoor Movie Nights Are Coming To Domino Park In Williamsburg—Here’s The Summer 2025 Lineup

Since first opening back in September 2024, [Domino Square](https://secretnyc.co/domino-square-public-plaza/), the stunning one-acre public plaza at the historic Domino Sugar Factory site, has been bringing vibrant community programming to the Williamsburg waterfront. And this July they’ll **debut their newest series: Movie Nights in the Square at Domino Park.** For four Tuesdays in [July](https://secretnyc.co/things-to-do-in-july-in-nyc-2025/) and August, **Domino Park will transform into the ultimate outdoor movie theatre,** showing double features of movies with the iconic NYC skyline as the backdrop. Presented by A Rosie Day, the **first showing will take place at 4 pm** featuring family-friendly movies and activities. Presented by Nitehawk Cinema, the **second showing will take place at 7 pm** exploring NYC from the 1980s to the 2010s. Movie Nights in the Square at Domino Park 2025 ---------------------------------------------- The 2025 lineup has plenty to choose from, including **cult classics, 80s throwbacks, and even one to get you in the holiday spirit** (Christmas in July, anyone?). The schedule is as follows: **July 15th** * **4 pm** – *Night at the Museum* (2006) * **7 pm** – *Big* (1988) **July 29th** * **4 pm** – *Elf* (2003) * **7 pm** – *Party Girl* (1995) **August 12th** * **4 pm** – *The Secret Life of Pets* (2016) * **7 pm** – *Rent* (2005) **August 26th** * **4 pm** – *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem* (2023) * **7 pm** – *Ocean’s 8* (2018) We don’t know about you, but looks like **we’ll be spending a majority of our summer watching movies al fresco!** And since a movie isn’t complete without the concessions, **drinks from Other Half Brewery and snacks from Roni-Sue’s Chocolates** will be available for purchase onsite. Plus, those staying for both showings will get to enjoy DJ sets at 6 pm. The **show will go on rain or shine,** so depending on the weather forecast you may want to pack a poncho just incase! In severe weather, however, the square will send notifications the morning of the screening regarding whether or not any movies will be cancelled that night.
