The Wild Artichoke 📍 4973 Yorba Ranch Rd, Ste A, Yorba Linda, CA 92887 We tried several dishes: 🐟 Blue Fin Tuna Tartare 🐌 Escargot – I went specifically for the snails, but the flavor was very mild 🥲, nothing particularly special. 🍝 88 Layer Lasagna 🦞 Lobster Pasta 🍄 Wild Mushroom Risotto 🥩 Prime Bone-In Beef Short Rib – This was the most surprising and delightful! The meat was incredibly tender. 😋 The restaurant itself isn't very large; it's more of a cozy spot. The other dishes were pretty standard, nothing outstanding. Have you tried The Wild Artichoke?
