Fresh Armenian Bread Bakery in North Hollywood! 🇦🇲🍞

Today in North Hollywood, I spotted a slightly old-school bakery with a long line of Armenian locals waiting outside! 🥖✨ Inside, the smell of fresh bread was amazing—and prices were super affordable, like a neighborhood breakfast spot where everyone grabs a few to take home. I couldn’t resist and bought almost one of everything… and they were seriously delicious! Full of wheat aroma, rich cheese, and savory meat fillings. 😋 🥇 Top Pick: Lahmajune $2.50 each—most people bought 4 or more! Minced meat spread over a super thin crust, similar to Chinese guokui—not greasy, just packed with meaty flavor. 🥩🔥 🥈 Second Favorite: Cheese Beorek $2.75 each—stuffed with cheese and spinach. The cheese was fragrant and slightly grainy (not just plain mozzarella), giving it a fun texture! 🧀🌿 The others were okay—the potato one had thick dough and less filling, and the meat version wasn’t as fragrant as the Lahmajune. But the Lahmajune and Cheese Beorek? Absolutely must-try! Freshly baked = true happiness. 💛 Next door is Baklava Factory, which I often visit—the owner said he also runs locations in Glendale and Burbank. There’s also an Armenian grill nearby that smells incredible—definitely trying that next time! 🔥 Taron Bakery 📍 12901 Sherman Way, Ste D, North Hollywood, CA 91605 (multiple locations) Have you tried Armenian baked goods before?
