The ingredients seemed generous to me, with pork liver, heart, trachea, lean meat, blood, and intestines! It even comes with a dipping sauce! So satisfying! 2๏ธโฃ Com Tay Cam Bo Luc Lac ๐๐๐๐ Beef claypot rice, I thought it would be just minced meat, but it actually had substantial beef steak pieces! Make sure to let the rice sit for a bit after itโs served! Let the crust form at the bottom of the pot. If you have sensitive teeth, ignore this, we mixed it too soon and missed out on the crusty goodness ๐ฅน 3๏ธโฃ Hen Xuc Banh Da ๐๐๐ Fried rice cracker with stir-fried clams, I havenโt had clams in such a long time, I really missed them. If youโre craving clams like I was, this is a must-try! The clams are meaty, but the flavor is a bit unique, not sure if itโs good or bad, but the crispy rice cracker is delicious. 4๏ธโฃ Nem Nurong Ninh Hoa ๐๐๐โจ Barbecued pork Vietnamese spring roll, my goodness, itโs so much bigger than others! Eating two is almost enough to fill you up. The barbecued pork inside wasnโt quite what I expected, not the sweet kind, it tasted more like Vietnamese satay pork skewers?
