🚘 Mixed Experience at Downtown Hotel - Great Service with Some Shortcomings The valet and front desk staff were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay - consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their warm service truly made a positive first impression. Our room was generally well-maintained and appeared clean at first glance. However, we were quite disappointed to discover an heavily stained upholstered chair in the corner that appeared poorly cleaned and made us hesitant to use the seating area. This was particularly surprising given the otherwise tidy appearance of the space. Another significant issue was the noise from the floor above - we could clearly hear guests walking around at all hours of the night, which significantly disrupted our sleep. Light sleepers might want to request a top-floor room or come prepared with white noise solutions. A important note for those driving: the hotel only offers valet parking at $45 per night. While the service is efficient, this is definitely a factor to consider when budgeting for your stay. #HotelReview #MixedExperience #CityStay #TravelTips #NoiseAwareness #ValetParking
