Year-end vibes — after hitting Disney’s Christmas party with coworkers, we got hungry and craved skewers, so we tried a newly opened grill spot and were pleasantly surprised! 🐟 Grilled Fish Served piping hot, aromatic, with crispy skin and tender, juicy meat that flakes apart easily — not dry at all, and hardly any bones! The veggies soaked up all the savory broth and were perfect with rice. Even the fish bones and head were fried until crispy — I personally loved nibbling on the bones until clean 🦴✨ 🌶️ Spicy Hot Pot Skewers A great drinking snack! Rich red oil and mixed spices coated every ingredient. The beef tripe was thick, soft, and chewy — soaked in spicy oil = so flavorful. Tofu puffs were juice bombs — bursting with broth in every bite. 🐌 Stir-Fried Sea Snails Haven’t seen this in the US for so long! Slurp them up for that spicy, onion, green pepper combo, then pick out the tender, chewy snail meat. Dip in sauce — such a addictive drinking snack, you’ll keep going back for more! 🍢 Skewers We had lamb skewers, chicken cartilage, chicken wings — all grilled perfectly, not too salty, nice and tender.
