Fukuyama Castle π°
The prefectural history museum and art museum in Hiroshima Prefecture are right next to Fukuyama Castle. πβ¨ You can see them as soon as you get off at the park. The exhibition halls are not very large, but the exhibitions are well-organized. πβ¨ Centered around the Sogo Senkan site in Fukuyama City, they display archaeological findings from the Jomon period to the Edo period, recreating the prosperity of the ancient port town. π However, there are hardly any souvenirs in the entire exhibition hall, which seems a bit rough. πΏ πβ¨ There are regularly scheduled minibuses from Fukuyama Station to Tomonoura. If you plan your time well, you can line up and depart. It takes about 20 minutes to see the beautiful Seto Inland Sea. π π The combo ticket includes four attractions, so everyone should pay attention to the time. πβ¨ Almost all the attractions close before 4:30 PM. Since we arrived at noon, we had to hurry. You can get off at the station early and walk along the coast to see the sunset, seabirds, and even Japanese ancient warships used as transportation between the islands. It's very picturesque! π π #Japan #FukuyamaCastle #SetoInlandSea πβ¨
