🍽️ Binomio 💰 Average Cost: €60 A surprisingly excellent find! 🥰 📜 Antipasto 🥩 Battuta di manzo : A very authentic dish. The beef tartare is seasoned on the salty side, and the radish leaves on top are not extra seasoned, which balances the flavors and doesn't make them feel separated. It retains the natural taste of the ingredients and adds truffle to enrich the taste buds. 🐠 Tonnato vitello : Highly recommended! The tender tuna is coated with black sesame seeds and topped with refreshing shredded radish and cucumber. The sauce at the bottom adds color and flavor to the dish. It's the MVP of the meal! 😭 📜 Primo 🍝 Spaghettone aglio nero : The combination of black garlic and chili threads feels like something a witch made, ready to cast a spell on you. Not quite to my taste. 📜 Secondo 🥩 Filetto rossino toscano : The mashed potatoes are quite delicious, and the meat is tender. Paired with truffle and beetroot, it's a very standard dish. 🥩 Tagliata di picanha : By the time we got to this, we were too full to really taste much. We ordered it medium-rare (sangue).
