Generally Great Food in Miami! ๐ฝ๏ธ๐
Pollos & Jarras is the sister restaurant of CVI.CHE, and we were lucky enough to snag a table for 13 without a reservation on a Sunday for lunch ๐ด๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ. Overall, we had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the restaurantโs atmosphere is super stylish, filled with fun little decorations on the ceilings and walls . Our server, Christopher, was attentive, helpful, and quite the salesmanโwe ended up ordering more than we originally planned ๐ . He recommended the Ceviche Threesome, and our group thought he was referring to the Trilogy de Ceviches ($39). At first, we ordered two for the table so everyone could try a bite, but he suggested three. We agreed, only to later discover it was a market-priced Ceviche Threesome that came out to $129! ๐ธ We were definitely surprised when the bill arrived. To be fair, the ceviche was absolutely delicious and the portion was generous, including a large piece of lobster. But make sure you confirm exactly what you're ordering! โ Other dishes we tried included: 1 Pollo a la Brasa ($29): Tender and juicy rotisserie chicken . A must-try with the green sauce (thereโs a whole bottle on the table!). Served with rice and fries ๐. Carne Asada ($29): An 8oz grilled steak with chimichurri, served with sweet plantains and Lambayeque-style rice โflavorful and cilantro-forward. Quattro Leches for dessert: So delicious that my husband came back to order another one to-go! All in all, Iโm glad our group got to try this place and enjoy so many tasty dishesโeven with the high price tag and that little ceviche surprise ๐. Iโd recommend making a reservation in advance, as it definitely got busier while we were there! #PollosAndJarras #MiamiEats #CevicheLovers #LatinCuisine #FamilyStyleDining #FoodReview #MiamiRestaurants #UpscaleCasual #MustTryDishes #DiningOut #GoodFoodGoodMood ๐ฅ๐น
