Getting Ice Cream 🍦

📌 Sweet Saint 📌 710 St Louis St, New Orleans, LA 70130 The first time I went was after spending much of the day out and about. As dusk fell 🌆, I wasn’t ready to call it a night. I didn’t feel like a full meal, but I wanted a little something before heading home. My bestie said, “How about ice cream?” It was the perfect idea—no wonder you’re my favorite buddy! 🐾❤️ I went with the lavender flavor. Forgot to mention—aside from being an avocado fanatic, I’m also a total lavender lover 💜. They have descriptions of each flavor on the wall. The lavender one had blueberries and Louisiana citrus mixed in—I could really taste a hint of that citrus! So refreshing 🍊. I also loved their waffle cone—thin, crispy, and easy to nibble! 🧇✨ The second time I visited, I picked a seasonal flavor with a funky name—mango and coconut 🥥🥭. It tasted just like mango pomelo sago dessert—so good! My bestie got the coffee flavor ☕. I tried a little spoonful, and it reminded me of those bitter coffee ice creams back home, but even richer and creamier. The ice cream uncle working in the back kitchen was always smiling and busy 🧑🍳💖. I asked my friend, “Do you think I could be an apprentice here?” He just seemed so kind—learning to make ice cream from him would be a dream come true. What’s your go-to ice cream flavor? Have you ever tried a weird-but-wonderful combo? Share your sweet favorites below! 👇😄 #IceCream #TreatYourself #IceCreamAwards #NewOrleans #SweetTooth #LocalEats #DessertLovers
