All these five stars are beyond well deserved! I love ice cream is an understatement, so trust me when I say that this is easily some of the best ice cream that I have had in my life🍦 Without exaggeration, the flavors and quality were unparalleled. The store is charming and the owners are so kind. Every flavor was so unique with such an indulgent mouth feel. I went with Mona Lisa, a fragrant lavender blueberry with a bright citrus note, and VaNOLA, a rich vanilla paired with dreamy jasmine. The base was so smooth and velvety that it left a coat of creamy milk fat on the spoon and our lips. We can’t wait to go back and try their other flavors, including the many fresh sorbets highlighting local fruits and flavors. Service was outstanding and full of care. For those with allergies, they were happy to sanitize scoops to prevent cross contamination even when the story was busy. The lengths to which they source their local ingredients and make flavors inspired by New Orleans are both a labor of love and a love letter. From the freshest summer strawberries from an hour away in Ponchatoula to chicory coffee from French Cart, just a few streets away, and even pralines from literally next door, Sweet Saint is a treat that you can’t miss.

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had in my LIFE. If you’re here you gotta try the Bayou Mud. It’s a blend of rich chocolate ice cream, caramel swirls, brownie bits and marshmallow ice cream in a cup. Kenny is an ice cream wizard! Every flavor he creates is an explosion of flavor and deliciousness. If I live in NOLA I would have been round from eating here every day.

EDITED to add - I got three scoops of ice cream to share with my siblings and IT WASN’T ENOUGH! I got in line to get another scoop just for myself. Kenny has also inspired me to actually make my own ice cream! His flavors are unique and delicious that I wanted to take a jab at it too. Also the Bayou Mud reminds me of Half Baked from Ben and Jerry’s which is my fave, but WAY BETTER! The texture of the ice cream is like nothing I’ve ever had before, it’s like melted marshmallow and gooey ice cream combined which is out of this world GOOD! Thank you Kenny for blessing my life with your talent and passion. Every day I’ll be thinking about the sweet and decadent Bayou Mud ice cream and how I’m cursed by living too far away from...

I've eaten at a lot (and I mean A LOT) of ice cream places all over the world and could never identify one as my favorite until I went to Sweet Saint. I first visited last year and was instantly charmed by the cute store and its kind, welcoming owners. Then I tasted the ice cream, which they make in-house, and was absolutely blown away. Every bite is packed with flavor, the texture is just perfect, and the assortment of flavors and the combinations of ingredients within each flavor is unlike anything I've found elsewhere. I just returned to New Orleans and, of course, had to go back to Sweet Saint to see if I had overhyped this place the first time. Trust me: I had not, and I could not. Simply put, Sweet Saint makes the best ice cream on Earth. On top of that, you will not find a lovelier person than Florecita, whose passion for creating the best possible experience for her customers is evident in everything she does. I am so thrilled to have happened upon this absolute gem in the French Quarter, and it's my hope that many, many others will...
