Good news! No need to drive for an hour to get there anymore.

šŸ˜‚though it’s still a half-hour drive. Hatsuyuki has finally opened in the Dallas area, in Frisco. The menu is similar to the one in Fort Worth, and the taste is still great. This time, I ordered both chÅ«toro (medium fatty tuna) and ōtoro (big fatty tuna). I’d recommend the chÅ«toro more, as the ōtoro wasn’t particularly fatty. The Unister seafood combo is still my top pick—it was perfect today, especially with the super-sweet sea urchin. 🌟The eel was tender and sweet, and the yellowtail with Smoke+ grilled skin had a fantastic aroma that I really loved. The salmon belly was a great value for less than $4 per piece, with its slightly grilled, crispy, and fatty texture. I could eat more and more! I also ordered a spicy hand roll with freshly fried shrimp, which added an extra crunch. ā—ļøOverall, the taste was still amazing. However, the pace felt a bit slow, with long waits between each piece. Also, the counter was a bit high (maybe it’s just because I’m short), making it a little inconvenient to pick up the sushi. šŸ“ Hatsuyuki Handroll 6801 Warren Pkwy #103, Frisco, TX 75034 #FoodieDiary #SatisfiedByDeliciousFood #DallasEats #LocalCuisineRecommendation #JapaneseCuisine
