After a long day shopping at Aventura Mall, my partner and I randomly picked a place to eat. It seems to be a sister restaurant of Ceviche 105, and let me tell you—this Peruvian spot is an absolute heaven for meat lovers! I honestly think it offers better value than 105 🥺 🍹 El Cubano $18 A sweet and tangy cocktail made with rum, guava, lime, and honey. I was a bit skeptical when I saw black pepper in the ingredients, but it was surprisingly well-balanced and delicious! A perfect tropical drink 🍍✨ 🐟 El Misterioso Y Abusivo $25 What a pleasant surprise—we could also order dishes from the Ceviche 105 menu! We tried this ceviche combo with white fish, octopus, and shrimp. The tangy and spicy flavors were so refreshing, and we absolutely loved the giant Peruvian corn kernels! 😋 The menu kicks off with Peruvian BBQ, featuring several grilled meat combos: 🍖 Eel Carajo $59 The star of the night! We were initially worried about the portion size, but oh boy, were we wrong—this could easily feed four people! The grilled veal cheek and beef heart anticuchos were absolutely chef's kiss 🤌🏻 OMG, so tender and juicy… I couldn’t even tell it was heart! The portion was massive—we even took the leftover grilled chicken home and made chicken noodle soup the next day… When it comes to value, South Americans really know what they’re doing! 🙌 🍰 Ambrosía de lúcuma $11 A Lucuma fruit cake? Apparently, it’s a local Peruvian fruit. Tasted like passion fruit mousse combined with chocolate fudge brownie—pretty classic but satisfying 🍫 Overall, the food was incredible—chef's kiss indeed! 🤌🏻 Huge portions, great vibe, and a full belly.
