Grand Rapids, Michigan | Brewery Hopping π»
Visiting Grand Rapids for a tournament? Then you canβt miss out on the local breweries! ππΊ Iβd been to Founders before, but the live rock band made it too loud for proper conversation. This time, we tried New Holland Brewing Pub β and it was a winner! Great drinks, delicious food, and both parents and kids loved it! π¨π©π§π¦β€οΈ Appetizers: Pepperoni Pinwheels: Soft, flavorful bread β so good! π Artichoke Spinach Dip: Creamy and cheesy, served with crispy tortilla chips β absolutely delicious! πΏπ§ Mains: Frisky Melt: Buttery toasted bread with bacon and two beef patties β a rich, savory explosion! ππ₯ Smoked Pulled Pork: BBQ shredded pork burger β super tasty! π Others in our group tried the fried chicken burger, beef burger, and even the kidsβ pizza β everyone raved about them! No disappointments on the menu. π Now for the BEER! I sampled 9 types: Tangerine Space Machine Hazy IPA: Light, fruity, perfect for ladies! π Peach Space Machine Hazy IPA: Peach-infused IPA β my favorite of the night! πβ€οΈ Passion Blaster: Pink, berry-flavored light beer β my second favorite! π The Poet Oatmeal Stout: Dark and malty β too heavy for my taste. β Dragonβs Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout: Rich and dark β my husbandβs favorite! π²π₯ Dragonβs Milk Reserve: Coffee Chocolate: Coffee-chocolate notes β the only heavy stout I somewhat enjoyed! βπ« Dragonβs Milk Reserve: Oatmeal Cookie: Creamy with a cookie-like flavor β paired well with cheesy fries! πͺπ Triple Mash Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout: 18.7% ABV β way too intense, like drinking medicine! ππ Bourbon Barrel-Aged Golden Ale: Lighter golden IPA β most people would enjoy this! π― Brewery Address: 417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan π A must-visit for beer lovers and foodies alike! π #Grand Rapids #USATravel #CraftBeer #MichiganBreweries #FoodieAdventure #FamilyFriendly
