We stumbled upon the Creole House — and so glad we did! Housed in one of the oldest buildings on Canal Street, this warm and inviting restaurant gave us the perfect introduction to the city’s legendary flavors 😋❤️. I tried the alligator poboy — and it was absolutely amazing! Tender, lightly fried, and packed with unique flavor 🥪🐊. My husband ordered the New Orleans Platter, which came with jambalaya, red beans and rice, crawfish étouffée, and gumbo — a delicious and smart way to sample a bit of everything 🍲🎉. The vibe was cozy and full of character, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home 🏠💫.
