I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel – it made Marina’s birthday trip even more special! 🎉 From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable – soft but supportive, with quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning! 😴💤 After long days of exploring, it was exactly what we needed. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were not just polite – they were genuinely kind and attentive. When I called the front desk, they answered promptly and listened carefully. I even received a text message checking if I needed anything – how cool is that? 📱✨ I asked for extra pillows, and within seconds, they were at my door. That’s what I call excellent service! Another nice touch: every floor has vending machines stocked with water and drinks. 🥤💧 It might seem like a small thing, but when you come back tired and thirsty, it’s a lifesaver! The room was clean, modern, and quiet – no hallway noise or street sounds to disturb us. We felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
