🍜 Great Soba at Kamonegi! 🍜
When I visited Kamonegi, I was pleasantly surprised to find that – despite their fairly strict rules about dining – when they're not too busy, you can actually get seconds! 🙌✨ The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. The soba noodles were fresh, textured, and delicious, and the tempura was light, crispy, and perfectly fried. 🍤🌿 The pickles could have used a bit more tang, but overall, it was a solid soba experience. Compared to some of the high-end soba spots in Japan, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 – but hey, we’re in Seattle, so let’s be realistic! 🇯🇵➡️🇺🇸 Heads up: during the winter, the space can get pretty chilly.
