Gucci Osteria: A Michelin-Starred Experience in Los Angeles 🌟

🇺🇸 My 54th Michelin Star Experience 🌟 Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura - Italian Cuisine. Usually, big brand restaurants can be hit or miss, so I came with modest expectations! 1️⃣ Bread Service: The butter was beautifully presented, and the cream was delightful. But isn't it strange for an Italian restaurant not to offer olive oil? 🍞🤔 2️⃣ Risotto Camouflaged as Pizza: A risotto that looks like pizza! The flavors were fantastic—tomato, basil, and cheese combined perfectly. The rice wasn’t as firm as expected, and the seasoning was rich and satisfying. 🍅🧀🍚 Absolutely incredible! 3️⃣ Patatine Fritte: Italian-style fries—the menu even joked, “Our fries don’t speak French!” 😄 Seasoned with chicken salt and served with mayo, they tasted great at first, but became a bit heavy after a few bites. 🍟 Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The ambiance was cozy, and the weather was perfect. However, the restaurant automatically added a 20% service charge and still handed me a tip slip—almost made me double tip! 😅 Clever move, huh? Have you ever been to a designer-brand restaurant? What was your experience—overhyped or totally worth it?
