HALLASAN Korean BBQ
HALLASAN Korean BBQ Experience - Meat Orders : The minimum order is two portions of meat, and you can mix and match. For wagyu beef, the minimum is also two portions (108 x 2). I blame myself for being on a tight budget, but once I'm there, I have to order meat. It feels a bit like a mandatory clause...π»π»π» - Menu Options : Besides meat, there are limited options on the menu. The offerings include bibimbap, cold noodles, and budae jjigae, which are similar to those inζ±ε (Gangnam). The only difference is that there are more side dishes here.β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ - Service and Timing : The raw meat took a long time to be served. After grilling for a while, it was gone in just a few bites. We were eagerly waiting for the main dishes, and we were so hungry that we finished all the side dishes. The kimchi wasn't fully pickled yet, but it tasted okay. When we finished the meat, the other dishes still hadn't arrived. We had to ask and were told that they usually serve the other dishes only after all the meat is finished. If you're as hungry as a ghost, make sure to ask for everything to be served together.πππ - Dishes : - Pork Tenderloin (60β¬) : Very tender, almost like tofu in texture. - Pork Belly : Also delicious, especially when wrapped with salad greens. The original flavor is always good. - Beef Carpaccio : Just okay, not much flavor.πππ - Kimchi Soup : Tasty, I love the sour and spicy taste when mixed with rice. - Cold Noodles : Not bad, a bit bland but better than those next door.π₯©π₯©π₯© - Price : Seeing that a bowl of rice on the menu costs 4β¬... I really have to sigh that I can't afford to eat. Everything is going up in price, except for my salary. π - Average Cost : 50β¬ without wagyu beef, over 100β¬ with wagyu beef.
