My friend highly recommended this place, and they weren’t wrong—Hana Re is a gem in Orange County with consistently high-quality omakase! Even better? We managed to snag a last-minute reservation! 🎉🍽️ Every night, the chef curates a special Omakase Set, and each course was nothing short of spectacular. The presentation was absolutely beautiful—almost too pretty to eat! 😍🍱 The portions were generous, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared with fresh, premium ingredients. Some of my favorites included the Japanese hairy crab and the uni sushi—so rich and flavorful! 🦀🌊 And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the meal ended with a delicious mango panna cotta that was the perfect sweet finish. 🍮💛 If you’re looking for an elevated Japanese dining experience in the Irvine area, Hana Re should definitely be on your list.
