Hard Eight BBQ in Dallas Area

👅Hard Eight, located in Coppell, is a great place for Texas barbecue. Parking is convenient, and when we visited on a Sunday at noon, there was no wait at all. Before entering the restaurant, you can choose your meats. My partner and I selected half a pound of beef brisket, half a pound of pulled pork, half a pound of pork ribs, half a pound of spicy sausage, and a baked sweet potato. 🔥The only downside was that the beef brisket was a bit dry and needed a bit of sauce to enhance the flavor. However, the other meats were all excellent, especially the spicy sausage. It had just the right amount of heat and was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The baked sweet potato was very sweet, and both the pulled pork and ribs were well-seasoned without being overly salty. ❤️The menu is pictured here. Our total bill came to $73, including a 15% tip. After placing our order, we were able to get free bread, onions, pickles, and soup. Additional items like lettuce and fruit require a separate charge. The restaurant has a classic Texas style, and the servers are very friendly.
