Having T-bone steak in Florence.
Because of the rain, my sister and I stumbled upon an incredibly delicious restaurant by accident. We ordered three dishes: π₯© 800g Bistecca alla Fiorentina nella costola Recommendation Rating: πππππ Just right for two girls to share. We ordered it medium-rare. The steak is flavorful on its own and doesn't need any additional seasoning. The fat is aromatic and not greasy, and the meat is tender and juicy. Highly recommended!! π₯ Roasted Potatoes (Patate arrosto) Recommendation Rating: ππππ A bit on the hard side, but they go really well with the steak. They're very fragrant, and some parts are slightly burnt, which adds a touch of bitterness. π° Classic Tiramisu (TiramisΓΉ classico) Recommendation Rating: πππΒ½ The cocoa powder on top is a bit sparse, and there's a lot of cream. We gave the chef some feedback, and the owner even brought us biscuits to dip in the cream. Service Attitude: πππππππππ The owner is extremely kind He treated us to drinks and biscuits and even joked that we couldn't leave until we finished eating. Hahaha. For two girls, we had an 800g steak, roasted potatoes, tiramisu, and two bottles of soda for a total of 74 euros. π₯© Osteria la Scala π Via della Scala, 1, 50123 Firenze FI #LoveSteak #Steak #RestaurantExploration #Florence #FlorenceCuisine #FlorenceTBoneSteak #TBoneSteak #MustTryInFlorence #ItalianFood #WesternCuisine #WhatToEatInFlorence
