In Maui, we surprisingly visited the same fantastic seafood restaurant for two days in a row! The restaurant is located on the main street of Lahaina town, and the food is delicious (it is said that they use fish freshly caught that day), and the best part is the unbeatable ocean view! Especially the seats by the railing on the second floor! Enjoying the sea breeze, listening to the sound of the waves, and occasionally having birds fly in, it's really lovely. 🌟Mac Nut Crusted Mahimahi🌟 The fish is incredibly tender! The exterior is slightly crispy, and the sauce has a distinctive Hawaiian flavor. It's served with rice and Luau leaves, which is super tasty. 🌟Opah🌟 This fish, also known as Moonfish, was grilled, and it's rare for the fish not to become dry! It's served with delicate mashed potatoes. 🌟Ahi Katsu Rice Bowl🌟 A must-order! At first, I was hesitant seeing "Katsu" as I thought it would be an American-style fried fish steak, but it turned out to be a Japanese preparation! The tuna is wrapped in seaweed and a thin layer of breadcrumbs, with a crispy exterior and a surprisingly raw and tender interior!
