The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, was established in 1898 and is a truly historic institution. It is one of only 6️⃣ zoos in the United States that combine both zoo and aquarium facilities. ❤️The Pittsburgh Zoo is also committed to animal conservation and participates in 64 animal rescue programs. The zoo is home to 475 species and over 4,000 animals and birds, including 20 threatened or endangered species. The zoo is divided into 7 different areas, each with its own theme: Children's Kingdom, Aquarium, Asian Jungle, African Savanna, Tropical Rainforest 🌴, and Polar Bear Exhibit, among others. The picture shows the super healing Polar Bear Exhibit 🐾, where you can clearly see every side of the polar bears, and they are also very gentle, sometimes interacting with visitors. While many people think the land series of this zoo is average, the aquarium is super worth visiting.
