My dad once told me that Bruce Lee's grave is in Seattle—I had no idea! 😯 He wanted me to visit, and I agreed. On a sunny weekend, July 20th, which also marks BruceLee'sDeathAnniversary, my family and I visited Mr. Lee Jun-fan (Bruce Lee's birth name). 🙏 🔍 Address: Lake View Cemetery, Seattle 🚗 Transportation: A 15-minute taxi ride from downtown 💡 Note: Maintain silence and avoid touching the tombstone (small flowers or notes are acceptable). 🤫 He rests beside his son, his mother, and his wife's mother and stepfather. Their tombstones are grouped together. 👨‍👦 When we arrived, a few foreigners were there—likely enthusiasts of Chinese martial arts. 🥋 Later, more foreigners came, all likely fans of Bruce Lee. His tombstone was adorned with flowers and coins from around the world. 💐💰 How can one person transcend race and be remembered forever? I believe it's not just because of his martial arts prowess, but also because he taught the weak how to be brave. 💪 Lake View Cemetery in Seattle is serene and beautifully maintained, overlooking a tranquil lake. 🌅 It's quiet and clean, with many towering trees and numerous other Chinese graves. I wonder if he ever wished to return to his homeland. 🇨🇳 But perhaps it's comforting that he rests here surrounded by family, never alone. ❤️ ❤️ A Moment of Reflection As we were leaving, I noticed a group of people not far away, bringing many flowers—likely to bid farewell to a recently departed loved one. 😢 A man with two girls, perhaps his daughters, stood with sorrowful expressions, their heads bowed. More people arrived, bringing bouquets and two large buckets of water to nourish the flowers, hoping to slow their withering. 🥀💧 I watched them quietly, so absorbed that I didn't hear my husband calling me several times. 😅 He asked, "What are you looking at?" I replied, "Nothing... just feeling deeply moved."
