Hidden Gem Hotel in Kansas City 💎 | A Cozy & Artistic Stay
Two weeks ago, I drove solo to Kansas City to see my favorite K-pop group, VIVIZ 🎤—and as a true last-minute planner, I booked this hotel just one day before the trip. To my surprise, I found this charming spot for only $128/night! 🏡 The Vibe From the outside, it looks like a quiet two-story villa—no traditional front desk in sight! Check-in is done entirely by phone 📞, and they send you keyless entry codes for the main door and your room. 🖼️ Interior & Decor Step inside, and you’ll find a uniquely curated space blending vintage Western furniture with elegant Chinese art pieces. It feels like a private collector’s salon—artistic, intimate, and full of character! The hotel is named The Truitt, located right next to KC’s famous Nelson-Atkins Museum. It perfectly captures the city’s creative spirit. 🛋️ The Room My room was warm and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy couches, and a peaceful view of the garden and trees outside 🌳. It had 7-8 adjustable mood lights 💡, so I could set just the right ambiance. Even the quilt had a unique, slightly textured fabric—unlike any standard hotel! 🥐 No Breakfast? No Problem! The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast—perfect for a breakfast-skipper like me 😄. If you love art, quiet luxury, and unique stays, don’t miss this hidden treasure in KC! #KansasCity #BoutiqueHotel #ArtHotel #HiddenGem #TravelInStyle #SoloTravel #KCGuide
