Hidden gem Japanese restaurant
π Let's start with the address! πΈπΈπΈ SATORI Via Antonio Pacinotti, 5/r, 50131 Firenze FI The location isn't in the city center, but it's absolutely worth the visit!!!! π Lunch : β¬18 all-inclusive Dinner : β¬28 all-inclusive I absolutely love the interior of this place!!!! According to the owner, many of the wooden materials were collected from the beach and then processed by themselves. It gives the place such a unique and cozy feel!!!! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ Highly recommended : The stir-fried UdonβI'd say it's the best I've ever had! The sashimi is also cut thick, with a rich and sweet flavor, and it's super fresh!!!! And the sushi soy sauce!!!! They use high-quality, specialized soy sauce for sushi, and it even comes in regular and low-sodium options. The wasabi is real wasabi, not just horseradish!!!! Even as someone who usually doesn't eat wasabi, I loved it! There are also little details on the menu that list the ingredients, types of fish, gluten content, and whether the dish is spicy or not. The subtle icons are perfectly placed and very helpful! Everyone should definitely give this place a try!!!!!!!!πππ #ItalianStudentLife #Florence #StudyingInItaly #FlorenceFoodExploration #FlorenceFoodGuide #FlorenceCuisine #LivingInItaly #IndianFood #DeliciousIndianFood
