After work, I headed to Camden and discovered a fantastic Japanese restaurant with a great atmosphere. It’s rarely mentioned online, and the clientele is mostly foreigners, making it perfect for after-work chats and drinks with friends. 🥗 Mixed Sashimi Salad Get this sashimi salad! It’s packed with salmon, tuna, octopus, and crab sticks, all over a bed of vegetables. One order gives you a little bit of everything. 🍢 Yakitori The biggest negimaki (onion-wrapped chicken skewer) I’ve ever seen! The grilled chicken thigh is tender and pairs perfectly with the teriyaki sauce. It’s incredibly satisfying. 🍱 Unaju The unagi don is over £20 and comes in a huge portion—enough for two! The eel is fresh, and the sauce is generously applied, perfect for mixing into the rice. 🍣 Wagyu Roll The wagyu sushi roll is a must-try. It includes tempura shrimp inside and is topped with wagyu beef and crispy onion bits. The rich flavor of the wagyu fat is amazing in every bite.
