Hidden Korean Spot in LA’s Ktown – This Blood Sausage Is So Tender 😋

Haven’t had blood sausage in a while and was really craving it. Back when I lived in Ktown, I’d get these cravings from time to time. I’ve tried the frozen ones from supermarkets before, but they’re often dry and bland — just not the same. This time, I found an authentic Korean restaurant tucked away in a mall. At lunchtime, it was packed — mostly Korean customers, so you know it’s the real deal. 🍽 Blood Sausage (Sundae) We ordered the large portion — freshly made by the owner’s mom that day. The texture was incredibly soft and tender. It came with liver and intestines, all cleaned well with no unpleasant odor. 🦑 Spicy Stir-Fried Squid Sweet and spicy, not too hot. Wrapping it in lettuce was perfect, and even the onions were flavorful. We also used the leftover sauce to dip the blood sausage — a pro move 😉 🍲 Spicy Beef Soup Not overly spicy, filled with shredded beef, egg, bean sprouts, and shiitake mushrooms. Warm, comforting, and just right for the soul. 🍜 Cold Noodles Refreshing and tangy — great for balancing the richer, spicier dishes. Portions were generous across the board, true home-style Korean cooking. If you love blood sausage, this spot is definitely worth bookmarking. 🅿️ Parking available in the mall. 📍 Yooni Table 3260 W Olympic Blvd unit 315, Los Angeles, CA 90006 #LAEats #KoreanFood #Sundae #HiddenGem #LAFoodie #KtownLA #ColdNoodles #ComfortFood
