Hidden Michelin-Star Japanese Omakase in Sugarfish

✨ If you're in LA and want to experience authentic and high-end omakase, this is the place to check out!! 🎈 Reservation: Make sure to book in advance, folks! 😯 We reserved ours three to four weeks ahead. When you arrive, let the front desk know. At the scheduled time, the Nozawa Bar host will come to guide you—so please be punctual. ⏰ Just checked today, and the earliest available slot is already June 30th. It’s super popular! 🔥 🍽 Dining Experience: There are no more than 10 guests per seating. If someone doesn’t show up, the spot remains empty. The chef, Osamu Fujita, is a friendly and super fun Japanese man 👨🍳 who loves chatting with guests. If you’re an introvert, bring an extroverted friend along—it feels like dining with an old friend! 💬 Each dish comes with an introduction to the ingredients, and if you’re interested, you can ask the chef for more details. 🍣 Dishes: Attached are the photos from our meal—no filters, because we want to keep it real and avoid setting unrealistic expectations. 📸 • Lobster/Scallop/Sea Urchin: All have a smooth texture and showcase the natural freshness of seafood. • Toro Sashimi: This was the most diverse selection I’ve ever tried. • If you hit it off with the staff, the assistant chef might even give you extra portions—unlock this hidden NPC skill! • The oysters are sweet and not fishy at all, with three different varieties to try. 💰 Price: Dinner is $225 per person (excluding drinks, tax, and tip). As a Michelin one-star restaurant, it does require a bit of a budget. 💸 💖 Summary: The ambiance, vibe, chef, and ingredients are all on point. Some dishes might not suit everyone’s taste, but since preferences vary, it’s definitely worth a try! 👍 At the end of the meal, you can take a photo with the chef!! #LAFood #NozawaBar #Omakase #MichelinRestaurant #JapaneseCuisine
