Hidden Standing Ramen in Dallas! A Quick Trip to Shinbashi

🍅I discovered a unique ramen shop near Dallas Downtown — Ten Ramen. The shop is quite small and doesn’t have any chairs; everyone eats standing up. But the decor is very thoughtful and full of atmosphere! After ordering, you can watch the chefs prepare the noodles on the spot. The process is quite ritualistic, with a lot of attention to detail.✨ The menu features a variety of ramen options, including Tonkotsu and Shoyu, as well as several types of dry noodles, rice dishes, and snacks. 😆This time, we ordered: Shoyu Ramen: A light chicken broth with very rich toppings, including spinach, corn, and black fungus. It’s very refreshing overall. Mazemen Ramen: A flavorful dry noodle dish with thick, well-seasoned meat chunks. The rich sauce pairs perfectly with pickled cucumber, which cuts through the richness. Although we didn’t try their signature lobster soup ramen, these two dishes were already very impressive! Among the ramen I’ve had in the DT area, these would definitely rank in the top three. I’ll definitely come back to try their lobster ramen 🦞 next time. If you’re in Dallas, I highly recommend giving this place a try! #JapaneseRamen #Dallas #DallasFood #DallasLife #DallasExploration #FoodieFinder
