Tucked away inside Triple Beam Pizza, Hippo is a hidden spot that only opens in the evening — and it’s totally worth the hunt! I’ve visited a few times recently, and the real star of the show isn’t the main course… it’s the Hippo Rolls! 🥐 Four small, shiny rolls sprinkled with coarse salt — break them open to reveal soft, warm, fluffy bread inside.
