1️⃣ Seafood Cream Udon: So fresh and rich! The udon is soft and smooth, the pork cutlet is crispy, and there's an abundance of various seafood! The first bite is heavenly, but the large portion can be a bit overwhelming as you eat more. 2️⃣ Boneless Chicken With Scallion: Delicious! The boneless fried chicken is juicy, with a savory and sweet soy garlic flavor. The scallions are refreshing and stand out. 3️⃣ Kimchi Pancake: The dipping sauce is good, and the pancake is as expected. 4️⃣ Bossam: Tasty boiled pork! The fat and lean meat are well-balanced and very fragrant. The accompanying cabbage is also sweet. However, the oysters are a bit fishy. 5️⃣ Gopchang Combo: A huge portion of intestine hot pot for $40, with both large and small intestines, each grilled to a crispy and juicy perfection. It's very fragrant when eaten while still hot. 6️⃣ Clam Soup With SUJEBI: The clam soup is quite fresh, but I prefer the dough balls (SUJEBI) inside. They are soft, sticky, and chewy! They don't have much flavor on their own, but they go well with soybean flour or other sauces. 📍Third floor pocha 232 Broad Ave 3rd floor, Palisades Park, NJ 07650 #Third Floor Pocha (삼층포차)#Palisades Park#food diary#Korean cuisine
