If you're looking for an authentic taste of Korean street food, this pocha is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm, bustling atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Korean nightlife. The dim, cozy interior, combined with the lively chatter of patrons and the clinking of soju bottles, sets the stage for a memorable experience.
The food here is nothing short of fantastic. Each dish is a flavor-packed adventure, from the spicy tteokbokki (chewy rice cakes in a savory-sweet sauce) to the perfectly crispy pajeon (savory pancakes).
The drink menu is just as impressive. The soju selection is extensive, and there’s a variety of flavored cocktails and beers to keep things interesting. Whether you're sipping on a traditional soju shot or trying something new, the drinks pair perfectly with the hearty, flavorful dishes.
Service is friendly and attentive, with staff who genuinely seem to enjoy sharing the pocha experience with newcomers and regulars alike. This spot is perfect for groups or a casual night out with friends, and it's definitely the kind of place where you can unwind, eat great food, and enjoy lively...
Read moreWords cannot even describe the anger and torment I felt when I realized that the restaurant has blatantly not removed the plastic wrappers from the sausage and just put them in the soup. As you can see from the photos, there is one sausage wrapper that is still intact to the sausage.
I can understand if there was only one wrapper present in the soup as accidents can happen; however, multiple wrappers were found and all the sausage present in the army stew had wrappers that were stuck to it.
The carelessness, inattentiveness and the clear disregard for food safety can be seen and felt through these multiple wrappers that were found.
When alerted to this incident, the restaurant manager informed me there is nothing that can be done because it was ordered through a third-party food delivery service. This is outrageous response to something that is this severe in nature.
I plan to never come close to this restaurant and I hope this can help others understand the carelessness of this restaurant and the dangers that are...

We ordered a variety of Korean dishes, including boneless Korean fried chicken dishes, multiple soups, and seafood pancake. Each dish tasted above average for the dish - all had great flavor and portion sizes. My favorite dishes were the boneless chicken with scallion salad and sweet and spicy boneless chicken. The soups were a close second. This place is a great place to eat good food while drinking. The staff is also super nice - they heard us sing happy birthday to one of our friends and brought over a free drink with a sparkler. We also received a free bottle of beer for leaving a Google review (my rating is not influenced by that, but just stating this fact). They also broke up a fight between two drunk customers and apologized to us for the commotion. The prices were also pretty good, we spent a little under $50/person which included 8 dishes, a pitcher of beer, and 4 bottles of soju. Overall, I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a pocha...
