🌟 Highly-Rated Restaurant at Disneyland California 🤗

I rarely see reviews of restaurants inside Disneyland California, so since I tried one, I thought I’d share my thoughts! One of the hardest-to-book, most upscale, and "best" dining experiences here — Blue Bayou. 💕 The Food: We ordered one salad 🥗, two main dishes, two desserts, and two drinks 🥤. 🥗 Winter Salad… Just your average bowl of greens 🤣 🥘 Creole Roasted Chicken… Pretty standard roasted chicken with shrimp 🦐. The chicken was tender but surprisingly spicy! 🥲 🥪 Monte Cristo Sandwich My friend ordered this and said it was just okay 😆 🍰 Crème Brûlée Honestly not great—too soft, and the caramel was underwhelming 😬 🍫 Christmas Chocolate Tart This totally surprised me! Rich chocolate and coffee cake filling with a chocolate cookie crust 🍪. The base was a bit hard, but the flavor was delicious 😋—though definitely rich. The holiday decoration was super cute! 🎄 🥤 Mint Julep & Classic Julep I absolutely loved these! Sure, they taste a bit like mint toothpaste, but somehow… it works! Refreshing and fun. 💕 The ambiance is amazing! I first noticed this restaurant while riding Pirates of the Caribbean 🏴‍☠️—it’s actually inside the ride! How cool is that? 💕 Booking Tips: Not sure if it’s the app or just high demand, but slots showed as fully booked all day. We finally snagged a 3 PM spot after trying since morning. Try walking in right at opening or joining the app’s walk-up list! 📍 Blue Bayou Restaurant New Orleans Square, next to Pirates of the Caribbean, Disneyland 💰 $$$$ (Pricey but expected) 💕 Overall, the food was just okay, but the service and atmosphere were top-notch. Compared to other Disney restaurants, it’s definitely a step up! I’ve heard their dinner filet mignon is amazing 🥩.
