🥌 Highly Recommended Pasta in Seattle: The Pink Door
🌟My go-to pasta for life! I thought having two pasta dishes with red sauce would be repetitive and boring, but one bite of each and I was in comfort food heaven! The seafood in the squid ink pasta on my left was super fresh and chunky, a perk of being close to Pike Place Market. The sauce had a mild spiciness, but the garlic and tomato symphony was spot on. 🌟The noodles were cooked to a perfect al dente. The Pappardelle ragu bolognese was a gentle, creamy Italian tomato sauce, with a rich and full-bodied flavor. There was a cocktail called “Nothing but a Good Time,” a refreshing mix of watermelon juice and gin, with the lime’s bitterness mellowed out by a robust summer vibe. 🌟We saw a long line at the entrance and it seemed like you needed a reservation, but we decided to give it a shot and asked anyway. We were surprised to be seated immediately. The bartender was patient, skilled, and the drinks were delicious! The ambiance was romantic, with a view of the sea, and there were performances every day. I can’t find a single fault with this restaurant! The newly launched summer menu is trustworthy. #Seattle #SeattleFoodExploration #SeattleFoodie
