The open kitchen fills the air with enticing aromas—yet the space remains refreshingly free of greasy food smells. 🍽 Our Tasting Journey (For Two) Focaccia: A house specialty—crispy crust with a soft interior, kissed by wood-fire smokiness. Served with whipped butter and flaky salt. Warm Oysters: Plump, juicy, and bathed in a dreamy apple-sabayon sauce with a whisper of onion. A must-order! Venison Tongue: Tender but underwhelming, paired with berries and beetroot. Foie Gras Mousse: Savory and rich, cleverly balanced by financier cake and bergamot jam. Perfect with the recommended sweet Riesling pairing. Beef Rib: A showstopper! Meltingly tender, with crispy edges and sides of sweet carrots, potatoes, and cavatelli pasta.
