Hot Springs Getaway Near California ♨️ | Two Bunch Palms 🌴
I took a short break and decided to spend the weekend in Palm Springs, choosing the popular Two Bunch Palms hotel. I had to book a week in advance since last weekend was fully booked—but when I arrived, it wasn’t crowded at all. A quiet little resort with charming, stylish cottages—though it requires a two-night minimum stay. The room was surprisingly small, and housekeeping doesn’t come automatically—you have to call to request it. Also, there were quite a few bugs at night… 🐜 Daytime hot spring access requires booking a day in advance. I reserved a slot for 10:45 AM, but when I arrived, it was already full—no one really follows the time limits or reservations… it’s basically first-come, first-served. So what’s the point of booking? 🤷♀️ Sessions are limited to 90 minutes. I’d recommend reserving the larger concrete tub (the rectangular one I posted)—it’s spacious and relaxing. The circular one is also nice! There’s a smaller tub too, but it’s about the size of a bathtub—good for kids, but gets boring fast and isn’t very private (you can see the people next to you). I went in the morning to avoid the heat—soaking in hot water under the afternoon sun sounds like a heatstroke risk! ☀️🔥 The hotel offers other activities like yoga 🧘, meditation 🧘♀️, and massages—just show up about 10 minutes early. Food-wise: On the first day, I had brunch at the Glass House on the second floor. It was okay—not bad, not amazing. After soaking, if you have time, you can explore downtown Palm Springs. It’s lively, with beautiful views along the way—super chill~ You could also visit Joshua Tree National Park or Salvation Mountain—though I skipped them because of the heat.
