Hotel | 🇺🇸 Los Angeles Westin Bonaventure

A very famous landmark in Los Angeles, featured in many American TV shows and movies! 🎬🏙️ I stayed here just to experience the real-life setting—even though it’s located in downtown LA, which has a reputation for being less safe. (Personal take: DTLA isn’t as bad as people say, but there are some unusual and unsettling homeless individuals around. Once, while walking near Citywalk, I saw a homeless person suddenly drop their pants and urinate right in the middle of the street—though thankfully, they weren’t aggressive. The nearby subway stations can feel tense too—sometimes homeless people block the entrance, and other times it’s so empty you worry someone might push you onto the tracks. But I also met a kind stranger who asked if I needed help and made sure I was headed the right way! 🚇❤️) The hotel consists of three towers and is within walking distance of Little Tokyo, Grand Central Market, and other key attractions. The metro is super convenient here—you can take it directly to Hollywood or Santa Monica! 🚊✨ The hotel breakfast was pretty disappointing—almost nothing edible. Don’t get your hopes up. 🥲☕ The rooms are a bit dated but quite spacious—maybe because I got upgraded as a Titanium member? It’s a busy hotel—while the streets outside can feel empty, the lobby is always lively! I even ran into a friendly Air China crew during my stay. 👋✈️ Have you stayed at the Westin Bonaventure?
