How can Sequoia trees be so massive?
And the sea of clouds is just too beautiful! 🌟Sequoia National Park is truly breathtaking and definitely worth a visit. If you’re coming from Visalia or Three Rivers, just navigate to the Foothills visitor center, and you can pick up a map after passing the entrance gate. 🌟To be honest, the Tunnel Rock and Hospital Rock at the beginning are not really worth spending time on and can be skipped altogether. Moro Rock can also be skipped; it’s a tiring climb just to see the distant mountains. 🌟Go directly to the first stop 🅱️ to see the Auto Log tree roots; then 🅲️ take a photo at Tunnel Log; next 🅳️ walk the Big Trees Trail; after that 🅴️ head straight to the General Sherman Tree. The walk there is easy, but you’ll have to climb a bit on the way back. The Congress Trail 🅵️ is worth a stroll, where you can get up close to the giant trees. 🌟After that, you can consider it part of King’s Canyon. First, continue to navigate to King’s Canyon Overlook 🅶️, where you can see some of the mountains in King’s Canyon from a distance. It’s a good place for a brief stop. Then 🅷️ go to The Big Stump Grove to walk through the hollow tree roots; and 🅸️ visit the General Grant Tree to feel the awe of another giant tree. 🌟Note ⚠️ Before 🅸️, don’t miss the King’s Canyon visitor center. Here you can self-stamp a keepsake, the gift shop has better quality items than the one at Sequoia National Park, and there’s also a market where you can buy food and drinks. #OneTreeOneWorld #TreeTension #HealingForest #Forest #AutumnWoods #California #SequoiaNationalPark #KingsCanyonNationalPark #Gigantism #SeaOfClouds
