Huge T-bone Steak
đ Trattoria ZĂ ZĂ A Florence classic, Zaza. Boldly, the two of us ordered a T-bone steak that's meant for 3-4 people. It was incredibly satisfyingâmassive and more than enough. The meat was fantastic. Although it came medium-rare by default, â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž there was no trace of bloodiness. The charcoal-grilled aroma was very rich, and the accompanying sauce, with its lemony and curry-spiced flavor, was perfect for cutting through the richness. Before we knew it, we had cleaned the bones! We also had the scampi and zucchini pasta, which was creamy and flavorful without being overly rich. đ„©đ„©đ„© The restaurant's decor is quite charming, with a vintage art style. Every corner is adorned with plaster busts and sculptures, and the walls are covered in medieval-style oil paintings. It's definitely worth a visit! I had this for lunch and walked in without waiting.
