First the Food Gorgonzola Gnocchi - Hands down, the best plate of pasta I have ever had, if not the best thing I've eaten ever. It was so creamy, and salty, full of flavour and soft. If I could eat that every day I would. Walnut Ravioli - Second best plate of pasta I've ever eaten. The Ravioli was so soft, and smushy, and the walnut sauce was so creamy and definitely tasted like walnut. I liked how tge Ravioli was basically swimming in the sauce too. Maybe it could've had a little bit more salt for my preference, but it was perfect as it was. Penne Scrascicati bolognese with heavy cream sauce - This one hit a little different. I'm not entirely sure what was going on but I liked it a lot. The flavour was like something I've never had, or at least a combination of flavours I've never had. There was obviously a tomato flavour, but it was a very strong, condensed tomato flavour, and the cream obviously had a strong cheese, like a Grana Padano or something. I couldn't pick it. Regardless, I loved this dish. I wish I knew what the flavour was. Spaghetti Carbonara - I could've taken or left this dish to be honest. If I hadn't just had the 3 best plates of pasta I'd ever had, I would've really enjoyed the carbonara, but it was very overshadowed. Nothing really to report, it was just a simple carbonara. Speciale Zá Zá cocktail. It was alright. It was not a cranberry cocktail like the girl said. It was a sangria. Each plate of pasta we had was only €10! Ten f'n euro! Now for the rest. First when you get there, it's hard to know exactly what to do. We booked a table, but there was still a line. Thankfully, we booked for 7pm, got there at 6:30pm and the line was about 6 people. The guy at the door made his way down the line with his booking sheet and asked everyone if they had a booking. We did, so he let us in straight away. He wasn't very friendly about it. The girl who took us to our table, and all the wait staff were awesome. Very friendly, very attentive. English was perfect. Atmosphere... this was something else. It's so dark and moody, and for what theme they're going for, they've hit it right on the head. Price. For what we got, which was 4 plates of the best pasta we've ever had, and 2 cocktails, we only paid €65. You can't go wrong.

My recent dining experience at Trattoria Za Za was nothing short of extraordinary, offering a perfect blend of exquisite ambiance, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine. From the moment we stepped into the elegant Italian building adorned with luxurious chairs and sparkling chandeliers, we knew we were in for a special treat. The atmosphere exuded sophistication and charm, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Our waitress, who was both helpful and sweet, went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, ensuring that we could enjoy a meal tailored to our needs. Her attentiveness and genuine care added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. As for the cuisine, each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The veal, prepared in accordance with halal requirements, was a revelation—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The noodles, while delicious, were slightly marred by an overpowering presence of truffle oil, warranting a slight deduction in rating. However, this minor setback was quickly forgotten upon indulging in the pièce de résistance—the tiramisu. Rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, it was without a doubt the best tiramisu we had ever tasted. In conclusion, Trattoria Za Za exceeded all expectations, delivering an unforgettable dining experience characterized by exquisite ambiance, exceptional service, and mouthwatering cuisine. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner for two or a memorable celebration with friends and family, Trattoria Za Za is a culinary gem that deserves to be experienced and cherished. Highly recommended.

🌟 Tao's Google Restaurant Reviews 🌟 My partner and I tried this restaurant out because of all the five star reviews. We had I hope and expectations. Firstly, we highly recommend looking a reservation for this place as the lines can get quite long. The interior of the restaurant is humongous and can seat quite a lot of people. For the food, I had heard a lot about the florentine steak which I ended up getting, and my partner got the Bolognese fettuccini. We also got the Nicoise salad and we were served bread. The bread was quite hard and cold and still, not really appetizing to be quite honest. The nicoise salad was just a bunch of cabbage lettuce and anchovies/tuna strewn about with a dab of dressing, not really a great presentation and the taste was okay, but not you want you are paying for. The steak was pretty all right, I ordered it medium rare. My partner's bolognese pasta was very mediocre. I have heard raving reviews of this pasta but in the end, it was very mediocre in taste, very mild flavor which might be what you're looking for but it did not particularly stand out, especially based on what the reviews and vlogs have been saying. The service was alright, though I have seen other patrons getting extremely slow service period there are also multiple reviews suggesting that the waiters are racist against Asians. I personally did not really experience this but I am not discounting the experiences of others and I imagine it can be quite true. The French man and lady sitting next to us were super racist so it is probably a pervasive issue overall. Overall, this is an alright restaurant, the prices are decent, but do not expect to be blown away by the food. 🍲Food: 3 🧑🍳Service: 3 🍴Atmosphere: 4 FINAL SCORE 3

Went 10/13/2024. We were staying in the area and every night there is a ridiculously long line to go in so we finally were able to get in by going really early for dinner. Overall we were pretty disappointed by the restaurant. We either ordered the wrong dishes or the restaurant is a "tourist trap." We ordered Beef tartare Za Za recipe, "Parma ham, panzerotti, and stracchino cheese", spaghetti carbonara, tagliatelle with homemade pesto, and Za Za Style Beff Fiillet. The waitress was really helpful in helping us decide what to order. My dad originally wanted to get the fried chicken but the waitress guided us away from that. We saw some other visitors ordering the fried chicken and it didn't look that good. - Beef tartare Za Za recipe - The beef had a slightly gamey/bloody taste. I tasted this in another Italian restaurant too so maybe this is just the Florentine style but I am personally not a fan. - Parma ham, panzerotti, and stracchino cheese - This wasn't bad but definitely prefer the larger panzerotti we got at some of the other places. - spaghetti carbonara - This was probably the biggest disappointedment. compared to the other places we went to this was a disappointment. The menu says bacon and it is indeed just cheap bacon bits that was used (not Guanciale). The sauce didn't have that great of a creamy texture and I don't think a great emulsion was achieved as I could clearly taste the sharp cheese taste of the what was presumably Pecorino - tagliatelle with homemade pesto - I thought this dish was pretty good although my brother thought it tasted like Costco Pesto. - Za Za Style Beef Fillet - The beef was well cooked. This was probably the only dish we really liked.
